Kyle made his way out to our car late in the evening after calling AAA—we had a flat tire and a questionable tire rim after an unfortunate run-in with a curb. Service was speedy once he arrived and was so kind and friendly! Big thanks from us to you!! :)

it took them a while to get to me, longer than they originally said it would, but the guy who came was very nice. I'm Deaf and could barely hear anything he was saying, which usually frustrates people who don't know me, but he spoke clearly and spoke directly facing me. not sure if he did that because I had just told him I was Deaf or if that's just how he usually communicates, but it was still helpful and made the whole situation way less stressful than it could have been.

My experience with these guys was great! After waiting two+ hours for AAA with no towing company even contacted, I called Smith’s directly and got an ETA for a tow truck within one hour. Monty,the driver, was very helpful. It turned out to be a battery issue so I didn’t need a tow, but the car was running so roughly (and stalling) that Monty followed me home to make sure that I got there safely. I’m canceling my AAA membership and going straight to Smith’s next time I need roadside assistance!

Fast response, I had a flat and no spare, so I was flat bed hauled from Chelsea to Jackson. The operator was a nice young man, very polite and thorough in doing his job. I would use this service again should the need arise.

Amazing Expertise! Affordable Service, Immediate Response, Excellent Vehicle Management. Our garage door is super narrow, but due to the driver’s excellent expertise - Moe Khater was able to back our wide vehicle directly inside the garage with the tow truck , on the first try! My F150 had an unexpected conversation with a deer a few weeks ago on a Saturday evening. Smith Towing was the after-hours company my roadside assistance contacted. I wish the roadside assistance associated with my insurance company was as competent as the gentlemen at Smith Towing!! I spoke with "Sam" several times to sort out the cluster and obvious scam the roadside assistance company was pulling. Sam was very patient and seemed genuinely to care about MY safety. Because my truck had to be towed to their secure lot due to NONpayment from insurance company (grr), I had to continue to stay in touch with Smith's. Sunday, my conversations were with "Mo". He, too, was very kind and patient with my calls. In the end, they helped me make smart decisions regarding my truck. Because of these men, I was steered in the RIGHT direction, rather than the sneaky ways of said insurance company. I could say so much more, but the bottom line is: I am extremely grateful to Smith's Sam and Mo! 5 stars!

Best service I’ve ever had by far. I was stuck in the CVS drive through lane, stressed out and nervous, not knowing why my car wouldn’t shift into drive. My car wouldn’t start in the parking garage. I was on the 4th floor and Moe Khater had to push my car all 4 floors to the entrance, to hook my car up to his truck. He called when he arrived at my car, then again when he was finished towing my car to my desired location. He then waited for me to arrive to hand me my keys. No other towing company would get my car, but I am happy Moe was up to the task and retrieved my car. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend!
